Level of Responsibility/Direction and Supervision Responsible for the provision of a professional, effective and accurate standard of advice and consultancy on HR policy and related matters and for ensuring web-based documentation meets departmental standards. Responsible for determining relevant priorities and expected to use initiative and discretion in resolving non-standard issues. Primary Duties Develop and maintain HR web-based resources, including publishing, editing and maintaining HR policies and associated documentation on departmental websites. Provide significant input to the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies, guidelines and procedures. Undertake research, and prepare high quality documentation, in relation to a range of strategic HR programs and projects. Provide high quality, client focussed advice and consultancy support to managers and staff on a broad range of HR policies and related matters. Prepare and contribute to reports, briefings, ministerials, minfos, and general correspondence. Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant industrial award or agreement and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
